I am so excited about the possibilities of connecting teens through literary works!
Covid19 has us with cancelled plans and physical distancing, but the power of technology invites us into community in engaging ways.
For the first time ever, we will be in virtual space from June 2-August 4. This is an invitation only Zoom once teens are registered. This is for the intimacy of the salon setting and the privacy of the teens.
We are also making this free this year due to Covid19, however, have been asked to provide our information for people who want to give into the work. $AntonaSmith is my cash app or fosterbradshaw@gmail.com is my PayPal. This is a passion for me and I begin collecting titles during our planning season from September-May. Giving into this work enables me to continue my relationships with independent booksellers through supporting Black authors. I purchase real books and have engaged with our authors over the years.
